Terms & Conditions – MiraMart

Welcome to MiraMart, operated by Modawaeg. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MiraMart mobile application and related services in Egypt.

By registering, browsing, or placing orders through the MiraMart App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

MiraMart allows users to order groceries and supermarket products for home delivery. Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure online payment gateway. MiraMart reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability or payment issues.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address you provide within supported service areas. Estimated delivery times may vary due to traffic or availability.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.

6. Data & Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Egyptian data protection regulations.

7. Liability

Modawaeg shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the MiraMart App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
